With a bachelor and master’s degree in Architecture, Deepshikha is an experienced real estate professional with a focus on ESG. She is a certified BREEAM Assessor, BREEAM AP, LEED AP BD+C, and Fitwel Ambassador and leads the BREEAM/LEED certification, ESG Due Diligence reporting, and Sustainability Statements for planning services at Hollis. Deepshika’s experience spans a range of sectors from data centres and offices, to hotels, residential and infrastructure.
