Ed is a Director at Simten Developments, a company created in 2018 to deliver sensitive, well thought-out, and highly sustainable developments. The occupier’s experience is at the heart of all the mixed-used schemes that we work on, both in and out of London. 

Prior to joining Simten, Ed ran his own development business which in turn was preceded by spending 13yrs delivering high-quality schemes at Derwent London. Ed started his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs & Société Générale.
