Julia is a qualified Architect with a master’s degree in ‘Architecture and Environmental Design’ by the University of Westminster, where she graduated with distinction. Her experience spans working as an Architect in multidisciplinary teams in well-known Brazilian practices and in London, as an Environmental Consultant in Urban Systems Design and Atelier Ten.

 

Since joining Hawkins\Brown, Julia has applied her holistic sustainability approach on several projects, analysing the design from an environmental, sustainable and human aspects. She is the lead Sustainability Designer and WLC analyst of Uno Golden Lane, a highly sustainable refurbishment project at the heart of Barbican.
