With experience across the public and private sectors, Kelly has a deep understanding of decarbonisation, sustainable development, energy management and environmental policy.

At Willmott Dixon, Kelly develops and delivers low carbon solutions to support clients with strategies and policies to deliver their net zero ambitions.

Prior to joining Willmott Dixon, Kelly was Head of Sustainability for Northumbria Healthcare, and Carbon Reduction and Sustainability Manager for South Tyneside Council where she developed the council's climate change strategy and action plan.
