Speakers

Younha is a Technical Director who leads the Environmental Design and Sustainability Team in the London office. In her sixteen years at Atelier Ten, Younha has focused on developing strategic sustainability frameworks and managing multiple benchmarking systems including LEED, WELL, BREEAM and Home Quality Marks for major institutional, cultural, commercial and mixed-use development projects.  

Her projects range from developing a bespoke sustainability brief for British Land to managing the site-wide sustainability management plan for the Chelsea Barracks project in London - the first LEED Neighbourhood Development project in Europe. 

She holds an MArch degree from Yale University and a BS in Architecture from University of Virginia. She has been giving educational lectures at Architectural Association, University College of London, Southbank University and École Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne. She has also been a jury for AJ sustainability champion/initiative award for the last three years.
