Derek Watters has worked in the Social Housing Sector for over 32 years. Throughout this time he has gained a wealth of experience in Housing Management, Asset Management, and Housing Development and is now leading the way in Environmental Sustainability and delivering Net zero to our existing and future homes   Derek has been involved in the development and implementation of sustainability policies, multi-million pound investments inc energy efficiency initiatives within the Places for People Group 

He is now taking the lead in implementing the Places for People wider carbon reduction strategy  Creating and implemented Environmental policies and strategies that are integrated into all business units with shared values and a focus on the important issues.
