Felicity is a Development Executive specialising in commercial leasing for Native Land’s pipeline of active projects. This includes the landmark Bankside Yards project a 1.4m sq ft of mixed-use development including extensive office and retail spaces.
In 2021, Felicity has broadened her role to act as the lead sustainability strategist developing and implementing ESG strategy across the company and Native Land projects in addition to her work on commercial leasing.
Felicity is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield, latterly in its City Development team.
