James is Head of Sustainability at Colliers, tasked with driving their sustainability offering to ensure that they enable their clients to meet the challenges of the Climate Emergency in a practical and meaningful way. Prior to Colliers, James worked in the construction and demolition industries, leading on sustainability on major projects across London and the UK.

With over 14 years’ experience within sustainability in real estate, James’ work has focussed on sustainable construction, strategy, the circular economy, carbon reduction and sustainable certification. James is a Chartered Environmentalist and a member of the UK Green Building Council’s Whole Life Carbon reductions via Circular Economy Principles Task Group.
