James joined Mikhail Riches to work on large scale residential schemes and has a general overview of all projects in the Practice. His expertise is in leading Net Zero Carbon projects through all stages - using his experience in quality and cost control, risk management and project delivery. James was the Associate on RIBA Stirling prize winning Goldsmith St, for Norwich City Council. This is the largest 100% Passivhaus, 100% Social Housing scheme in the UK and aims to encourage more Local Authorities to build to this standard. James is currently working with numerous Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Developers to deliver Net Zero Carbon housing across the UK.
