Luke is Project Director of one of the most ambitious growth projects in the UK. Spanning 151-hectares in north London, Barnet Council’s Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration programme will deliver a new mainline train station, Brent Cross West. In partnership with Argent Related, it will also deliver a new park town, Brent Cross Town, with 6,700 homes, 50 acres of enhanced parks and open spaces, and a significant new business, retail and leisure offering.
With over ten years’ experience in senior roles in infrastructure and regeneration at borough, sub-regional and London level, Luke is passionate about harnessing public sector and corporate partnerships to deliver significant growth programmes that benefit the communities around them.
