The real estate market needs solutions to provide commercially successful, sustainable, and high performing assets. As international disclosures and reporting requirements increase, and green financing options gain traction in the market, demand is growing for reliable and verified data. Representatives from BRE’s BREEAM Certification scheme introduce the new digital BREEAM Platform, and discuss how asset data capture, verification and data insights can support disclosures and reporting requirements, improve asset performance, and support commercial and ESG success.
