Q&A with Tim Clement, Director for social value & sustainability, Morgan Sindall Construction

Why is it important that the UK’s property, planning and sustainability sectors come together at FOOTPRINT+?

The construction industry has a key role to play in reducing its impact on the environment - collaboration, tenacity and innovative thinking at forums such as FOOTPRINT+ will drive the solutions to achieve this.

What did you hear about / experience at our last year’s event which has made you want to come back?

There is a great deal of knowledge to be gained from the event, with focused discussions, opportunities for knowledge sharing and attendance from those keen to support decarbonisation across the built environment.

When you attend FOOTPRINT+ in May 2024 what will you be sharing with conference delegates, policy makers, your partners, and your industry peers?

Exhibiting at FOOTPRINT+ allows us to demonstrate to our stakeholders how we do the right thing to implement responsible practice into our work. Showcasing how we can support them to responsibly deliver low carbon, resource efficient and nature rich assets for their communities.

What are you looking to get out of the FOOTPRINT+ event?

Sharing some of the progress we’ve made as a business, as well as hearing from others on their achievements too.
