We need to roll our sleeves up and get delivering!
Thoroughly enjoyed representing The Langham Estate, participating in the Map Mortar panel at FOOTPRINT+ #FP24 last week on tools to support retrofit.
Some fantastic insights and conversations were had. We definitely need to accept good over perfect as we get the transition to net zero moving. For many estates, their buildings are still going to be here in 2050. How we retrofit them is going to be critical. Collaboration is going to be key. Ensuring fit for purpose space that can be let and bring in returns to finance further decarbonisation. Data quality is going to be imperative to measure success and report progress.
Thank you Ranjeet Bhalerao, MapMortar and Emily Day, FOOTPRINT+ for having me.
Thanks to such a great panel in Anna Hollyman, UK Green Building Council (UKGBC). Amrita Dasgupta Shekhar, Greengage Environmental Ltd. Olivia Phillips, Canary Wharf Group.

Fantastic conference all round. Thoroughly enjoyed attending the 2 days with fascinating insights to Regenerative Thinking Scope 3 and the office of the future among other topics. Always great to catch up with contacts and make new ones as well. Looking forward to #FP25 already.
