  • Thirty High: A 300,000 sqft, £160m commercial redevelopment in Victoria, focused on modernising a 1960s tower with sustainable building strategies.
  • Brettenham House: A sensitive refurbishment overlooking the Thames, integrating energy-efficient solutions into a historic building.
  • Hackney Road (114-150): A 146,000 sqft mixed-use scheme with a focus on community-oriented urban renewal for Regal London.
  • Skylight: A 260,000 sqft, €35m mixed-use scheme in Madrid, designed to optimise building performance and long-term sustainability.
