Adrian Lindsay is a Senior Associate at Buckley Gray Yeoman, specialising in sustainable design and adaptive reuse. Since joining BGY in 2018, Adrian has contributed to several transformative projects that align with the principles of low-carbon design and urban regeneration, including:

• Thirty High: A 300,000 sqft, £160m commercial redevelopment in Victoria, focused on modernising a 1960s tower with sustainable building strategies.
• Brettenham House: A sensitive refurbishment overlooking the Thames, integrating energy-efficient solutions into a historic building.
• Hackney Road (114-150): A 146,000 sqft mixed-use scheme with a focus on community-oriented urban renewal for Regal London.
• Skylight: A 260,000 sqft, €35m mixed-use scheme in Madrid, designed to optimise building performance and long-term sustainability.
