Alex Dunn
Alex is a manager in Cromwell Property Groups research and investment strategy team, analysing markets and thematic megatrends across all real estate sectors in Europe. At Cromwell Alex leads the research on the company’s timber buildings fund and was nominated for an award on his report “Timber buildings: truly sustainable real estate”. Outside of Cromwell, Alex recently became the chair of the Society of Property Researchers, a professional association for property researchers with 600 members working across a variety of organisations. In this role Alex is tasked with organising a series of seminars, socials, and site visits for the research community.
