Becky Ritchie is Head of Sustainability at Clarion Housing Group, working across Clarion’s 125,000 home portfolio and leading the delivery of the sustainability elements of Clarion’s Asset Strategy, Clarion 2050. She has over 15 years’ experience in sustainability, having previously worked across the public sector to develop and deliver sustainability strategies and large‑scale decarbonisation programmes. Becky brings a pragmatic, collaborative approach to translating long‑term climate ambition into practical, deliverable action, with a particular focus on retrofit, low‑carbon heating and investment planning. She is a Trustee on the Board of a national decarbonisation‑focused charity and has previously contributed to both national international industry groups centred on sustainability.
