Ben is Technical Director and Head of R&D at Hilson Moran, responsible for leading all R&D activity and running a team of specialist R&D focused consultants working both within HM and externally with manufacturers and academia. He is a member of the CIBSE Building Simulation Group and a CIBSE Registered Level 5 Low Carbon Energy Assessor. In 2021 he received the CIBSE Carter Bronze Medal for research on domestic overheating as part of a team including members from Loughborough University and Inkling
