Beth has been championing improvements to the infrastructure industry and built environment for over 25 years, with unique experience in developing and delivering some of the UK’s largest multi-£bn infrastructure programmes and commercial property developments. 

Beth’s background is in finance, spending eight years working in project finance in New York and London.  She has worked in senior commercial roles for Transport for London, Thames Water and HS2 to transform their commercial performance.  This has included developing new commercial strategies, bringing in new ways of working, negotiating and delivering multi-billion contracts, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

From 2017-2021, Beth moved from infrastructure into the built environment, developing and implementing business strategies and standards to support major property portfolios and construct commercial and residential properties. Beth also worked for City of London Corporation to establish long-term plans to support its Climate Action Strategy and increase conservation activities across its 11,000-acre estate.

Beth’s most recent role was as Interim Chief Executive at East West Rail where she secured central government financial support and a sustainable future for the Oxford to Cambridge railway corridor. 

She is now an Executive Advisor at Ramboll in the Transport team and Director of Navigate Advisory, supporting private and public sector organisations to be more efficient, better performing and more sustainable.
