September 2021 – Present – Magrock – Construction Director

Bradley joined Magrock as Construction Director to manage the operations side of the business alongside David Brewer and to further strengthen our Senior Management team.

Bradley shares Richard’s vision of exceeding client expectations on every project. His positive and dynamic attitude allows him to lead his teams and ensure that every project is completed to an exceptionally high quality, often ahead of programme.

2013 – 2021 – Readie Construction – Senior Project Manager

Bradley joined Readie Construction in 2013 as a Site Manager to manage the award winning Baytree, Dunstable.  He soon worked his way up to Senior Project Manager, where he had the day to day, onsite responsibility for the successful delivery of his projects. He was accountable for the projects design, quality, health and safety, programme and commercial issues. Bradley’s projects included the awarded winning £11m Baytree project in Dunstable, £14m new build project in Harlow and a £26m New Retail Park in Colchester.

2012-2013 – Brennan Group – Site Manager

Bradley’s projects included a school extension in Richmond, worth £2m and a cut and carve of an existing building for AMS Prop, worth £1.8m. He managed the design process on each project with key focus on achieving project targets in respect of time, cost and quality. He also ensured the successful delivery of a safety culture across both projects.

2002-2012 – Breyer Group – Site Manager

Bradley started off as a Trainee Site Manager and quickly rose through the ranks to Site Manager, working on a Spectrum Leisure Centre in Guildford, refurbishing the current swimming pool and building a new Children’s Centre in Stratford.
