Chantal Beaudoin is Partner and Head of ESG at Knight Frank Investment Management, where she is responsible for embedding ESG best practice across investment, asset management and governance. She leads on ESG strategy, reporting and regulatory alignment, supporting institutional-grade decision-making and risk management across c. £4 billion of real estate assets. Chantal brings over 15 years’ experience delivering sustainability strategies across real estate, hospitality and higher education. Prior to KFIM, she held sustainability roles at McDonald’s UK, Lamington Group and the London School of Economics (LSE). Her work has included launching the world’s first Whole Life Net Zero Carbon hotel and leading McDonald’s UK transition from plastic to paper straws at scale, alongside advancing regional Science Based Targets. She focuses on practical, measurable outcomes, including carbon reduction, community impact and operational efficiency.
