Fiona Lomas-Holt is Head of Sustainability & ESG at Turley, with particular expertise in embodied carbon and sustainable building certifications. She played an active role in the development of the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard, contributing to the embodied carbon, delineation and PC‑on‑track task groups. Fiona now works closely with developers and project teams to translate the Standard into practice, supporting credible and deliverable net zero outcomes across the built environment.
