Gemima is a Chartered Engineer with over 15 years of experience across residential, commercial, community, heritage, and education sectors. Since joining Elliott Wood in 2015, she has led complex projects with a focus on sustainable refurbishment. As Associate Director, she oversees a team of 10 engineers and technicians, driving innovative design solutions and promoting the reuse of materials. Gemima is committed to reducing carbon impact and advancing circular economy principles, while also leading knowledge-sharing sessions and contributing to team development through the company’s Academy training scheme.
