Geoff is Cabinet Member for Planning and Economic Development at the City of Westminster where a key priority is to encourage landowners to retrofit their buildings, whether commercial or residential. Westminster’s “retrofit first” planning policy (recently submitted to the planning examiner) will be the first of its kind in the UK. When not engaged in local politics, Geoff works in Fintech, writes about digital payments and advises start-ups.
