Gilbert has spent the past 16 years driving carbon reduction initiatives for global clients. His journey began in Asia, where he co-founded Energenz, a commercial energy efficiency company that he successfully sold in 2016. More recently, he has been at the forefront of lifecycle carbon assessments in the UK and Europe, collaborating with major developers and paving the way for the creation of Construction Carbon.
