Gordon Rogers is a senior sustainability and strategy leader, helping organisations protect and grow value, resilience and legitimacy through the responsible business agenda. He is Head of Sustainability at Places for London, the property arm of Transport for London, where he leads the development and delivery of the Sustainable Estate Framework and Strategic Impact Framework, embedding systemic, measurable best practice across land, property management and development.

Previously, Gordon led sustainability teams at United Utilities and Yorkshire Water, establishing new functions and driving ambitious programmes for carbon reduction and climate resilience. He is particularly passionate about systems thinking and the Six Capitals model to inform better decision-making, investment choices, and impact.
