Ilyas Aslam is Chief Operating Officer at Quadrum Global and has been at Quadrum since its inception in 2013. He has over 22 years’ experience working within the investment, real estate and private equity sectors across the UK, Europe and US.

A law graduate and accountant, his role includes establishing international offices as well as managing multi-jurisdictional investment and management structures. Ilyas came to Quadrum from The William Pears Group where he spent six years working within its European investment division and as part of its Senior Management Team. Prior to that he spent a number of years working within the UK real estate investment arena with a focus on diversified real estate portfolios and large high-end development projects.

In the UK, it has a number of commercial assets and its most recent project is 11 Belgrave, a circa 150,000 sq ft net zero workplace development in London Victoria, the first UK project to achieve a design-reviewed target Excellent 5.5 Star NABERS rating for building efficiency.
