Jake is Associate Director of Building Performance with Desco Engineering and assists their clients with decarbonisation, net-zero pathways and sustainable design. Jake sits on the CIBSE Sustainability Special Interests Group and is their lead for Policy, as well as leading their sub-group which is investigating how to evolve the TM65 Addenda Guides.
