James is a Partner of 3pm, a programme, portfolio and project management consultancy operating across the built environment, with specialist experience in sustainable construction. James provides strategic and delivery advice for public and private sector clients in the science & education sectors, and was a co-author of Transforming to Zero, a white paper developed with GXN, focussed on decarbonising laboratories by gaining a deep understanding the behaviours of owners, operators and designers of science facilities and co-creating pathways to drive down the carbon footprint of science.
