James Patmore is a Senior Project Manager at Overbury with over a decade of experience delivering high quality fit out with a sustainability first mindset. A member of Overbury’s PD100 and a First Class Honours graduate in Construction Management, James is known for his considered leadership, attention to detail and deep commitment to collaboration.

James is currently leading the delivery of JLL’s new HQ at 1 Broadgate—a major workplace fit out project where circular procurement, material reuse and low carbon design are being put into practice at scale. Other notable projects include Deloitte’s 1 New Street Square which is both WELL Gold and BREEAM Outstanding certified, and the BCO Test of Time 2024 Award winner; and BCG’s 80 Charlotte Street, one of the first fully electric commercial buildings in London.
