Janey is a Real Estate Investment and Sustainability Specialist with over 11 years of transactional experience in the UK market. Currently leading Sustainability for JLL's Capital Markets business, her focus is advising on investment strategies, transactional advice, and market trend analysis. She has a deep understanding of European investor sustainability requirements and acquisition due diligence processes. She heads up a network of sustainability capital markets professionals aimed at gathering market intelligence around overall sustainability investment impacts across sectors, identifying trends to inform investment strategies for JLL’s clients. Collaborating with Capital Markets professionals across EMEA and Globally, as well as with technical sustainability teams,  Janey’s team bridges the gap between traditional real estate investment and sustainability strategies. Her specialism is positioning assets for sale, mitigating against risks and leveraging sustainability aspects for maximum value and liquidity.
