A recent MBA graduate, Jeannine has over 26 years’ experience in the construction and FM sector working with both private and public sector clients. She is currently the Head of Construction, FM & County Farms with Norfolk County Council, based in Norwich.

In 2021, Jeannine developed an ambitious decarbonisation strategy and implementation plan for NCC, covering in excess of 140 properties ranging from museums, fire stations, libraries, and offices. This programme is currently being implemented.
