Johnny joined CAF Bank in January 2022 as Chief of Staff, supporting the CEO and wider Executive Team in the delivery of the Bank’s strategy and day-to-day operations. He also leads on sustainability for CAF Bank and has worked closely with teams across the organisation in developing a sustainability strategy and green finance proposition.Prior to joining CAF Bank, Johnny spent 4 and a half years with HSBC. Originally joining as a commercial banking graduate trainee, he then spent 2 and a half years in the bank’s Real Estate Finance team in London, focusing on loan and capital market finance to hotel investors and developers.
