Josh is a construction and engineering lawyer who acts for developers, funders, joint ventures and consortiums on all aspects of construction projects from inception through to construction, completion and beyond and works across numerous sectors including residential, hotel, logistics and student accommodation.

Josh has a particular focus on sustainability and has worked with The Chancery Lane Project in drafting and peer reviewing contractual clauses for incorporation into building contracts and other development documents that promote sustainability in the construction industry. He is passionate about taking practical steps to decarbonise the built environment through responsible and sustainable development.
