Karl is Director at international, independent real estate consultancy, Hollis. Karl is an experienced real estate professional specialising in project management and ESG led refurbishments in the office and industrial sectors. His work focuses on delivering commercial office projects and new-build industrial projects for a range of developer, landlord and occupier clients to create beautiful workspaces that optimise commercial value, whilst achieving sustainability standards.  Karl has successfully delivered a number of CAT A/B fitouts, and helps clients navigate refurbishments and EPC improvements to occupied buildings managing relationships with landlords and tenants to deliver favourable, and compliant, results.
