Kate is a Senior Architect at Buckley Gray Yeoman, recognised for her leadership, resilience, and commitment to sustainable refurbishment. She joined the practice to focus on projects with strong environmental credentials and has since become a key advocate for circular economy principles and low-carbon design.
As Project Architect on the Broadgate Tower retrofit, Kate has led innovative strategies for material reuse and carbon reduction, helping establish the project as a benchmark for responsible retrofitting. Alongside her project work, she plays an active leadership role within BGY as employee representative and mentor, championing staff wellbeing, sustainability, and professional development across the studio.
