Lucy is the Founder and Director of B Sussed. She has provided sustainability consultancy to the built environment for 17 years, helping project teams to develop solutions that align their sustainability aims through design development, sustainable procurement and best practice site procedures.

Lucy has led the Ska and BREEAM assessments for a large number of major refurbishment projects, including heritage and Grade II listed buildings, particularly within the Higher Education and Public Building sectors.

She is an accredited BREEAM and SKA Assessor, BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP), Fitwel Ambassador, On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) and overheating assessor.

B Sussed is a sustainability consultancy based in Brighton, operating nationally, dedicated to helping businesses and organisations achieve their sustainability goals.

Their professional services range from sustainability strategy development to implementation and reporting. Focus areas include sustainability and energy assessments to support planning applications, sustainable fit-out, Ska and BREEAM certification, Net Zero strategies, SAP and EPCs, training, sustainable procurement and bespoke sustainability advice.
