Magdalena is a Senior Manager in the Sustainability and ESG Consulting team at BDO, bringing over a decade of expertise in strategy development, compliance, and communications, with a particular focus on fund management, both in-house and in consulting.

Her professional journey includes developing sustainability strategies for investment management clients and supporting impact investing fund launches by defining impact objectives and promoting these initiatives through strategic narratives, aligned with regulatory developments. Magdalena has vast expertise in navigating the ever-evolving world of sustainability regulation and its impact on fund management clients, having most recently presented at a roundtable outlining the implications of SFDR 2.0 on the industry.

Magdalena earned her MBA with Distinction from the Rotterdam School of Management. During her studies, she supported an investment management firm to develop a sustainability investment framework for a new fund launch aligned with sustainability frameworks and regulation.
