Dr. Marion Charlier is the Central Engineering Lead at ArcelorMittal Steligence in Luxembourg, supervising a team of structural engineers responsible for the pre-design of steel and composite buildings and bridges. Marion also leads conceptual engineering for projects in the UK and tall building developments worldwide. She holds a PhD in Structural Fire Engineering from Ulster University (United Kingdom) and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium). She is a member of the CTBUH Europe Scientific and Advisory Group, and of several Eurocodes technical committees.
