Martin is a chartered landscape architect, urbanist, and co-founding Director of Studio Knight Stokoe. His passion lies in collaboratively and empathically shaping inspirational places that harmonise the needs of people, nature, and the environment.

With a portfolio spanning project sectors and scales, Martin and the studio develop innovative responses tailored to each project's unique character. From intimate gardens to complex urban renewal, he helps shape places through distinctive, high-quality design that nurtures ecological revival while enriching the human experience.

A mentor for the Landscape Institute's Pathway to Chartership and Panel Member for Design West, Martin recently played a leading role in the design and delivery of the acclaimed revival of Plant in Basingstoke (formerly Mountbatten House) - one of the UK's 15 most important modern listed buildings. He has also led the studio's successful journey to become a Certified B Corp, demonstrating his commitment to sustainable and regenerative business practices.
