Mike is a Chartered Environmentalist with over 8 years’ experience in the sustainability consulting field. His experience to date includes supporting environmental/sustainability strategy development work for major infrastructure projects, and Carbon/Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of built environment schemes, and specific products across multiple industries and sectors.
As a qualified Verifier, he has also worked with various value chain members (asset owners, designers, contractors, and product/material suppliers), delivering verification audits against global industry-recognised standards (e.g., ISO14064-1 and PAS2080), and/or directly supporting clients prepare and comply with such standards. He is a sustainability specialist with a holistic knowledge of sustainability issues associated with the built environment and global supply chains.

Since joining RLB in July 2024, Mike has worked closely with various stakeholders and clients in the Midlands, utilising available funding streams to design and support initiatives that help develop the green economy, including specifically the delivery of retrofit skills development initiatives.a
