Nick is a Senior Development Director. He’s been part of the Stanhope team since 2015 and has over 15 years' experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Nick’s role involves setting up developments for success from the early stages of delivery, leading them from concept through to occupation. Whilst working with consultants and contractors in bringing the early brief to creative reality, Nick brings a focus on assessing and converting the opportunities for sustainable design and delivery. He has broad experience in sustainable development principles on tall buildings and retrofit and has been involved in some of the most complex commercial schemes delivered in London.

Nick previously worked at Laing O’Rourke on The Leadenhall Building, Cannon Place and Here East, Stratford. At Stanhope, he has worked on Angel Court and 8 Bishopsgate and is currently running the 76 Southbank project.
