Paul is a qualified building surveyor and project manager with vast experience in sustainable healthcare development, now responsible for delivering our commitment to be Net Zero Carbon across our portfolio by 2040 and all new developments to be net zero carbon by 2026.

Paul has been with Assura for over 10 years and led the development of our recently published ‘Net Zero Carbon Design Guide’, as well as our supply chain framework focusing on advocacy for sustainability and social impact. He is also leading on the retrofit of our office to achieve Net Zero Carbon and NABERS.

Currently sitting on the UKGBC Commercial Retrofit Task Group and BPF Sustainability Committee Paul has a passion for sustainability and led our very first development targeting net zero carbon in 2014.
