As Managing Director of Muse North West, Phil is responsible for leading Muse’s regeneration projects in the North West of England, delivering successful, sustainable places across the region.

During his time at Muse, Phil has worked particularly closely with Salford City Council delivering long term regeneration on the Salford Central development. Of note is the trailblazing and already iconic Eden, an office building in the heart of Salford which was born from Marsden’s ambition to build the UK’s most sustainable and environmentally considerate commercial building. Today, Eden is also home to Europe’s largest living wall, delivering a huge injection of biodiversity into the city. Critically, Eden has provided a blueprint for the future of sustainable construction, with Muse keen to share its learnings with the industry for the benefit of all.
