Following a 20 year career as a construction insurance broker and underwriter Philip now consults with his clients on a range of issues around the insurability of mass timber through his consultancy Mass Timber Risk Consulting. His is the co-author of the Mass Timber Insurance Playbook (published May 2023). In response to the digitalisation of the built environment Philip founded RRM (Rosetta Risk Management Ltd) in 2022. RRM is a SaaS platform that aggregates construction performance data for the benefit of insurance. RRM unlocks value from the data created during the construction phase to both reduce premiums and increase insurability which facilitates our increasing use of modern methods of construction.”
