Richard has been involved with the delivery of both private and social housing over several decades and he has seen the standards of new house building increase in sustainability.

As Chairman of multi-disciplinary practice Pellings he was closely involved in the strategic Board decision when they joined Cheshire based RSK to strengthen RSK’s presence in London.

RSK are one of the largest sustainability consultancies operating in the UK and worldwide (11,000 people) and their range of specialist advice for sustainability, carbon, ESG and biodiversity is considerable.

Richard now leads RSK’s business development working closely with the thirty RSK businesses that operate in the region.
