Richard Winter is the Climate Change Officer at Bolsover District Council in Derbyshire with over 20 years professional experience working in the Sustainability field.  Richard has led on projects from Recycling Scheme Introductions, Community Environmental Events to developing Regional Green Skills projects.  Richard is currently leading and supporting partnership projects on Green Skills, Retrofit and Local Area Energy Planning.

At Bolsover District Council Richard has also been responsible for managing externally funded projects from EMCCA, Midlands Net Zero and Heat Network Development Unit giving an insight into dealing with external funders.
