An experienced facilitator, Sarah leads Hydrock's corporate marketing team and is responsible for the development of the company's brand profile and positioning.

Sarah is instrumental in building the company's focus on energy and sustainability. Her campaign-led work includes a focus on wellbeing in the built environment through the 'Well Worth It' campaign, and the market-leading StratEV product focused on data-led strategies for EV charging infrastructure.

In 2023, she led Hydrock's hard-hitting media and conference platform campaign called 'Time to Lead'. This focused on the importance of the construction industry understanding and implementing the Building Safety Act.

Passionate about wellbeing, Sarah has led Hydrock’s award-winning wellbeing agenda, which includes a network of ‘wellbeing champions’. She also acts a mentor for early-career women professionals in the business, and is trained in Mental Health First Aid.
