Simon Banfield is a Director, Structural Engineer and the Commercial Sector Lead at Ramboll UK. Simon has 20 years' experience leading the engineering design of major commercial buildings, for refurbishment and new-build projects, including for One North Quay where Simon is Ramboll’s Project Director. Simon has a passion for driving down the embodied carbon in building structures and has been involved in a number of initiatives to help see lower carbon concrete technologies into projects.
