FOOTPRINT+ conference is there for anyone who needs to reduce the carbon emissions from their buildings, both existing estates and new build projects. Learn from speakers who have experience of how to do this through many different types of successful projects. Presenters will be invited purely on merit and experience; there will be no ‘pay to speak’ opportunities in the four main theatres.

The conference will provide a unique opportunity for delegates to be immersed in the subject; group tickets will encourage project teams to attend, and subsequently be able to tackle projects with a new depth of shared knowledge and understanding.

Through case study and debate, attendees will learn how local authorities and development teams have achieved projects that lead progress towards a Zero Carbon built environment.

This is a fast-developing subject; techniques are changing almost daily, and our membership will be constantly on hand after the event to share their experience of new projects.

In the exhibition, visitors will be able to meet selected companies and experts who can take the techniques learnt about in the conference, and assist in making them real on the ground.

  • FOOTPRINT+ has been set up to answer a need in the property market. We have all traipsed off to the South of France previously to meet up and discuss property issues. This is no longer a responsible action given the carbon footprint of getting there. Combined with the exit of Britain from the EU, we, in the UK market need to meet and discuss our national and international concerns. FOOTPRINT+ is set up to permit us to do this in an accessible, affordable and responsible way
