Each year, a central theme is chosen for the show. In 2024 it was ‘Reuse is the New Black' in partnership with Recycled Business Furniture. In 2025 it was ‘The Art of Reuse’ in partnership with Material Reuse Group.

The partnering company works with us to develop an agreed narrative, which then becomes the subject of a film launched in December to our database of 37,000 property professionals. This is then developed into the design of the central section of the event . You can see these on our Gallery page.

This provides your company with a huge amount of coverage throughout the 6 months before the event, and a central stage at FOOTPRINT+ itself.

Bar and Terrace Sponsorship

Networking is a crucial activity at FOOTPRINT+ and a much of this takes place both at the bar and out on the immensely popular river terrace. There isn’t anywhere else in London as glamorous for evening drinks.

We tend to keep the number of screens down at FOOTPRINT+, because it’s primarily about face to face contact, so you can be quite confident that your adverts will be watched by a large percentage of our visitors just seeking a bit of respite from all the chat!

Large high resolution screens are located at the registration point, and out in the terrace bar.

Podcast Sponsorship

The best presentations from the stage are recorded and transmitted on the FOOTPRINT+ podcast channel. These talks are released twice a week throughout the year after the event, and have gained a huge traction, particularly amongst the emerging generation of property professionals as they travel to and from of work. The FOOTPRINT+ App is used before, during and after the event by  around 2000 visitors, all of whom are of a focussed environmental property demographic. FOOTPRINT+ is a busy event; there are loads of things to keep up with, and lots of meetings booked each day.
